1. Select Single Trip Travel from the pulldown.

2. Enter your Confirmation Number (should be in an email).

3. Select Date Type and use the departure date.

4. Enter Your Zipcode.

5. Click Submit.

At this time you can print or get information on the following:

• Policy Card

• Policy Document (pdf)

• Email Policy Document

• Cancel Policy

• File a Claim

U.S. citizens born in the U.S. can present a state-certified birth certificate and government-issued photo ID to sail on most cruises departing from the U.S and the names must be exact on each form of ID.
